Do you provide International delivery?

How do I track my order?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Once your order has shipped we will provide you with a tracking number via the shipping courier.

How do I return an item?

How can I contact your couriers?

Please email us at laelitecouture@gmail.com and use RETURN along with the order # as the subject of the email.  We will contact you will details on how to ship the item back.

The shipping details will provide when the item(s) ship.  At that time you may contact the courier about the status of your delivery.

What are your delivery options?

We currently ship nationally and internationally via FedEx, USPS, and UPS.

RETURNS

  • Return may be accepted within 7 business days of receipt of receiving your order in original packaging, unworn condition, free of makeup stains and free of odor

  • Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days.

  • You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

  • If you request a refund, please note that your refund will be in a form of a gift card from La elite or store credit that does not expire, original shipping charge are not refundable
